Mrs. Chong was born in Malaysia and has been living in the UK for many years. She was one of the founders of both the Hounslow Chinese School and Qing Hua Chinese School some 25 years ago and has been a member of the Board of Governors of these schools. In addition to her consultant role at Hackney Chinese Community School, Mrs. Chong also teaches at Qing Hua Chinese School. Her role as a consultant is to support Mandarin teachers and to provide a conduit between Mandarin teachers and senior management.
